BRUTALISMO CABOCLO

From Sérgio Ferro to Balenciaga ...

From the essential curve to the single seam

From praxis to sophistication

From the brute to the elegant: Caboclo Brutalism

The NovoLouvre’s Fall/Winter 2019 investigates the work of the architect Sérgio Ferro. One of the creators of “Arquitetura Nova” preached attention to the construction site, seizing the the knowledge of the craftman, found in the dome the fundamental form for the execution of their ideas. In its search for the fundamental construction of the clothing, NovoLouvre found parallel to the work of Sérgio Ferro in a coat of only one seam, of the great master Balenciaga. From the study of this modeling has developed the 2019 Winter Collection. From simple to complex thinking, architecture and fashion meet once more in the history of NovoLouvre.
